What We Do


Here, at "The Fortress," we use (and often infuse) a variety of training styles and techniques to help our clients achieve their fitness goals.  Whether you're an athlete, looking to take your body to the next level, or someone who's never really been active, we are fully capable of getting you where you want (or need) to be!  


Our Mission


Our hope is that we can honor God and the blessing of our strong, supple, and active bodies that He's given us by training, motivating, and teaching others to become and continue to be more fit.  The mission of The Fitness Fortress is to restore, in our communities, a culture of healthy, active people, who honor our Creator by caring for the glorious bodies that we've been given.
